Chikka Holdings, Ltd. is a CMMI Maturity Level 5 organization. The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 5 of Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute (SEI) is considered the highest standard in the Information Technology Industry. According to SEI-authorized ECC International Chikka is
the first in the mobile messaging applications development space worldwide to obtain Maturity Level 5.

Chikka and its affiliates adhere to the new global standards for Information Security Management Systems (BS7799) and IT Services Management Systems (BS15000). Certifying body TÜV Product Service Asia Pacific also confirmed that Chikka is first in the world to apply the standards in the areas of “operation of IT infrastructure” and in the “provision of managed IT services in support of design and deployment of wireless software applications services using GSM-SMS and MMS protocols.” Chikka also revalidated the ISO 9001:2000 standard for Quality Management Systems under the same scope.
