SMS Promos

Corporate partners depend on Chikka for hard-hitting and effective promos all based on SMS. Chikka provides support from development, marketing, and SMS campaign management.
SMS-based campaigns may incorporate:
• Text Voting allowing mobile subscribers to send a keyword to an access code to participate in SMS polls or promos
• On-pack promos requiring purchase of an item with a promo code on the packaging. Mobile subscribers send the promo code to an access code to get raffle entries or earn points for instant prizes.
• Mobile Vouchers/coupons which can be sent to mobile subscribers who will present such to a merchant for freebies or redeemable prizes.
• Feedback/ surveys which may be conducted among a merchant’s database of mobile users. A survey question can be sent to multiple subscribers or members who can reply to the survey by simply replying or send a message to an access code.
• Txt Hotlines where mobile subscribers send inquiries or comments to an access code via SMS. These queries are forwarded to the web tool administrator through scheduled email batches.
